What will happen if there is inclement weather?
Due to the nature of polo, should organizers deem the field too wet or the rain too foul, the event may be canceled, in which case there shall be no refunds.
What kind of food will be provided?
The event will be catered by Local Flavors and will include vegetable and fruit displays with spinach, artichoke and garlic spread for hors deouvres, an Et to Brute Salad, Sweet Corn Souffle, Sliced Top Round of Beef and Jerk Chicken Scallopini followed by dessert. Cost of admission also includes all beer, wine and champagne. A cash bar is available for mixed drinks.
What should I wear?
Dress “code” for event is “garden party attire” – ladies typically wear sundresses or slacks and gentleman typically wear khaki pants or shorts. Please note that the tent does not have a floor so guests will be on grass at all times – high heeled shoes are not recommended.
