The Open Arms Jamboree is a celebratory fundraiser with a single goal of improving the lives of children and families impacted by limb differences. By being part of this main event, you are supporting Camp Open Arms, held every August, to give children born with arms and hands that are “different” that very “normal” camp experience. In addition, you are helping the University of Maryland Children’s Hospital and the UM Department of Orthopaedics in its constant mission to focus on research and patient care to help these children be happy, thriving kids.
The theme for this year's Open Arms Jamboree is "Got Talent" featuring a very special performance by one of the winners of "America's Got Talent." The Jamboree will be held in Leadership Hall, which can be accessed through the entrance at the Health Science Facility I located on the University of Maryland, Baltimore campus.
Through your generous support and sponsorship of these activities, your gift directly impacts patients and provides critical resources for us to make a positive impact in the lives of children and their families who have been affected by limb differences.
