Sigma Phi Epsilon Maryland Beta Chapter Visits NICU

May 9, 2014

The University of Maryland Children’s Hospital (UMCH) is most grateful to the members of the Sigma Phi Epsilon Maryland Beta Chapter for their continued partnership.  After planning, organizing and managing the NICU reunion for the past eight years, the SigEp brothers collectively decided to deepen their commitment to our tiniest patients by pledging $25,000 over the next five years. This commitment will result in one private room in the new NICU being named in honor of Sigma Phi Epsilon Maryland Beta Chapter.

The brothers’ dedication to helping the Children’s Hospital is most commendable and surely illustrates the true meaning of fraternity - a body of people associated for a common purpose. The difference our renovated NICU will make in the lives of our tiniest patients cannot be underestimated, and we are proud and grateful to have the commitment of these young men.
