In partnership with the University of Maryland School of Medicine, UMCH physicians provide education and training for the majority of pediatric physicians currently practicing in the state of Maryland. Will security be present in parking garages and around event venues?

Yes, security officers will be stationed in parking garages and on route to/from and around both the concert and after-party venues.

How do I get my tickets?

Your tickets/credentials will be mailed to the address used to purchase your tickets or sponsorship package at least one week prior to the concert. If your tickets are purchased on or after October 19th, your tickets will be available at Will Call the night of the concert. You must have a photo ID matching the name used to purchase the tickets to retrieve your tickets.

Can I purchase tickets for someone else?

Yes, you may purchase tickets and designate the names of the person(s) who will retrieve them by contacting the UMMS Foundation at UMCHconcert@umm.edu or 410.328.6002. If the tickets are to be picked up at Will Call, a photo ID matching the name(s) provided must be presented to retrieve the tickets.

What amount of the ticket price is tax deductible?

Balcony tickets are not tax deductible.

Orchestra tickets are $100 tax deductible; $400 is not tax deductible, as you receive benefit from that portion.

Sponsorships are tax deductible as outlined on the sponsorship commitment form used to secure your sponsorship.

Do I have to purchase a ticket for my child?

Yes, everyone in attendance requires a ticket.

Are cameras permitted?

Yes, cameras are permitted, however we ask that you please refrain from using flash photography during the performance. Videotaping of the performance is not permitted and will be strictly enforced.

What is the attire?

What is the cancellation policy?

In the event of a cancellation, every effort will be made to reschedule the concert. If you are unable to attend on the rescheduled date, refund requests must be made in writing to UMCHconcert@umm.edu or by mail to UMMS Foundation, 110 S. Paca Street, 9th Floor, Baltimore, MD 21201 within five (5) business days of the announcement of the rescheduled date.
