Welcome to my Maryland Half Marathon & 5K Page!

I am participating in the 2023 Maryland Half Marathon & 5K (which is back in-person this year!) to raise money for the fight against cancer. 100% of every dollar I raise goes directly to the University of Maryland Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Comprehensive Cancer Center (UMGCCC). 

Since 2009, participants like me have raised more than $5 million to support UMGCCC’s cutting-edge care and groundbreaking research. And this year, we’re going for a new fundraising best. 

As many of you know, they provided compassionate care with the most advanced treatment options available for my dad when he was battling Multiple Myeloma in 2009. In addition, as a National Cancer Institute-designated comprehensive cancer center, UMGCCC ranks among the top cancer centers in the country and they have provided top-notch care to a large number of my patients.
