I am excited to invite you to participate with me in the 2023 Maryland Half Marathon to raise money for the fight against cancer and to support the University of Maryland Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Comprehensive Cancer Center (UMGCCC). 

I will be walking 13.1 miles as a personal challenge at the age of 65, and to honor the memory of my friend Stanley Stern.

Stanley was my work associate for over 30 years, and in the past few years, he had become my husband’s golf buddy.  Stanley was upbeat and energetic and engaged in a full life.  Sadly, we lost him last Fall to pancreatic cancer.  Stan will forever be missed.  I hope you will join me in honoring and remembering Stanley by financially supporting UMGCCC.
